When singer Darla (Viva Hotbabe Hazel Cabrera) temporarily loses her voice to laryngitis, she seeks medical help from throat specialist Andrei (Hunk Rico Barrera of Pinoy Big Brother First Edition) who reveals to her that there is more beyond her physical ailment. Eventually, Darla reveals her real pain as she is a battered trophy wife to Devon (Pinoy Mano-Mano Reality Show boxing champ Jordan Herrera). What starts as a patient-doctor relationship sparks into a passionate but dangerous liaison. Suspicious Devon threatens death and so does Andrei’s wealthy and obsessed girlfriend Kathleen (Viva Hotbabe Maricar de la Fuente of Room 213). Darla’s discovery of Devon’s secret with personal driver Aston (Ran Domingo, the daring lead actor of Binyag) almost causes her death and changes the course of her life forever
