While "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke is rumored to be in talks to return helming the sequel, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg has been set to come back and pen the script for this second movie. Newest GMA-7 contract star, Heart Evangelista who played the role of Ai-Ai’s daughter, in the first installment will not be included in the sequel. “Ang gagawin ay parang nag-abroad na lang si Heart, kasi ayaw ko namang palitan yung character niya kasi baka ma-compare pa, ayaw ko din namang tanggalin yung character niya sa ‘Ang Tanging Ina’ kaya kunwari nasa abroad na lang siya,” Deramas added.

Land Down Under, starring Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual, This is the story of a woman who goes to the Land Down Under for the sake of her family and her dreams, and the man who would go to the ends of the earth to follow her. After working for several years in Manila, Migo (Piolo Pascual) returns to Bukidnon, to its magnificent rolling hills and lush pasture lands, to reclaim the ranch that his family had lost after his father's death. During the famous Kaamulan festival, Migo sees his first love, Arah (Angel Locsin), who also happens to be the beautiful and fearless rodeo queen of Bukidnon. He falls in love with her all over again and resolves to win back her heart as well.
However, Arah is already engaged to Brian Sullivan, an Australian rancher. Being the eldest daughter of a poor cowboy, she feels compelled to accept this man's offer of marriage in order to give her family a better life, no matter how much she still loves Migo. Arah leaves Bukidnon, along with a group of Pinoy cowboys who have been hired to work in the vast and lonely Australian ranch, which is even bigger than Bukidnon. Arah thinks it's all over between her and her great love, but two years later, Migo arrives in Australia to work as a cowboy and, more importantly, to get Arah back.
Can their love bloom again in the dry landscape of the Outback? Will Migo be able to reclaim the love he has lost, or will he learn to let her go and start anew?

LOS ANGELES -- Vampire fever is poised to sink its teeth into audiences across North America on Friday as the big-screen adaptation of Stephanie Meyer's best-selling young adult novel "Twilight" hits cinemas.
The eagerly anticipated movie has created a hysteria amongst teenage fans not seen since boy wizard Harry Potter made his Hollywood debut in 2001.
Preview screenings and premieres of "Twilight," based on the first in a series of four books by Meyer launched in 2005, have been marked by crowds of screaming teenage fans desperate to take a bite out of the film's stars.
Midnight screenings of the film are among nearly 2,000 shows across the United States that have been sold out, putting the film on course for a blockbuster opening weekend in North America.
The film revolves around a 17-year-old loner Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) who moves from Arizona to rainy Forks, Washington where she falls in love with a vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) at her new high school.
Unlike traditional Hollywood vampire incarnations, the floppy-haired, Byronesque, Cullen refuses to feed on humans on ethical grounds, preferring to drink only the blood of animals -- making him a "vegetarian."
Meyer's novels have spawned an ardent following -- an estimated 17 million readers worldwide -- hooked by the story of forbidden love and their struggle to escape the clutches of evil, rogue vampires.
Those fans have mobbed the film's stars wherever they have appeared in public this week.
British actor Pattinson, 22, whose previous biggest role was a part in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," admits that the level of "Twilight-mania" has surprised him.
"It is a little nuts," said Pattinson after teenagers queued from 6am outside the venue for the Los Angeles premiere of the film this week. "It's been like this for a week now. I’ve gone deaf."
The arrival of "Twilight" is the latest example of the entertainment industry's enduring fascination with vampires, who have come a long way since Bela Lugosi first climbed out of his coffin in 1931's "Dracula."
The film's premiere also coincides with the successful first season of HBO television series "True Blood", a drama set in Louisiana which chronicles the problems of vampires trying to co-exist alongside humans.
According to Eric Nuzum, author of "The Dead Travel Fast," a study of society's lust for vampires, "Twilight" follows in the tradition of other pop-culture tales such as "Buffy The Vampire Slayer," and "The Lost Boys."
"Very rarely are vampire stories about vampires," Nuzum told USA Today.
"They are often about desire, love, forbidden pleasures, forbidden fears that people are too scared or embarrassed to admit. Put it in the guise of a vampire, and you can talk about it.
"They are the perfect metaphor for anything that challenges you or makes you lose control. You create a creature with absolute control."
A reviewer of Salon.com meanwhile says the success of Meyer's novels lies in their ability to tap timeless themes.
"They summon a world in which love is passionate, yet (relatively) chaste, girls need be nothing more than fetchingly vulnerable and masterful men can be depended upon to protect and worship them for it."
Or as Vanity Fair columnist James Wolcott summarized: "'Twilight' is the 'Brideshead Revisited' of the fanged and forever young."

The most controversial love team of the hour, Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, will star in a romantic drama “One True Love.”
Synopsis: Medical intern named Migs (Dingdong Dantes) will have to deal with the conflict between his heart and his mind. After three years of courtship, he is about to get married to Joy (Marian Rivera), a nurse who works in the same hospital as him. However, days before the wedding, his first love Bella (Iza Calzado) returns to the Philippines. The women in Migs’s life try to get along with each other but knowing that they are both in love with the same man give rise to feelings of jealousy and envy. When Migs gets into an accident, he develops lacunar amnesia, a type pf amnesia that blocks off time periods from one’s memory. In his case, it blocks off the three years that he was in love with Joy and leaving him with memories of Bella.
Also starring in One True Love are Iza Calzado, Jennica Garcia, Pinky Marquez, Bianca King, Tessie Tomas, Boots Anson Roa and Chinggoy Alonzo.

Untrue Love
by Philbert Ortiz Dy
On paper, One True Love has a lot of things going for it. The premise is somewhat compelling, and the cast brings in a lot of talent. In practice, however, things don’t work out that way, as a few bad habits rear their ugly heads and leave the film decidedly subpar.
After one year of dating, Migs proposes to his girlfriend, Joy, and she happily accepts. When Migs tells the news to his family, his sister Ara then gives the news to Migs’ first love Bela, who lives in Canada. Bela returns to the country to give their love one last try, but Migs chooses Joy. The day after their wedding, Migs gets into a motorcycle accident. He wakes up with partial amnesia, unable to remember Joy and under the impression that he’s still with Bela. After getting him through physical therapy, Joy does everything she can to bring back his memory, but Migs continues to be drawn to Bela, leaving husband and wife to be strangers in their own home.
The story has a really great hook, but the script doesn’t really have the substance to back it up. While the script gets points for an attempt at emotional sophistication, it ultimately doesn’t go there, painting the characters in broad strokes that just don’t ring true. The character of Bela in particular lacks the consistency needed to let her plight really resonate. It doesn’t help that a lot of the situations in the script aren’t portrayed in a realistic light. It’s difficult enough to accept that a woman who left her boyfriend to go to Canada would suddenly go back to the country on a whim just to disrupt a wedding, but this is also a world where a woman takes a pregnancy test just because she sees one, and a woman won’t call her husband’s phone (or the phone of the person she suspects him to be with) when he goes missing. A myriad of plot holes keep the film from rising emotionally, as it feels like the choices of the characters were made just for the convenience of the filmmakers.
The film suffers from tone as well. Practically every scene in this film is undercut by a soaring score that really does nothing for the entire picture. It’s like they don’t trust their own material, leaning on the score to tell people how they’re supposed to feel. It’s terribly annoying, and it hampers the film from letting its action rise. When every scene feels the same, the movie suffers as a whole. There are a few technical hiccups as well. The color grading shifts from shot to shot, which is just a baffling mistake. Movies with a fraction of this film’s budget don’t make that mistake. The film gains a few points in the acting department, though they’re pretty hard won as well. There’s somewhat of a soap opera feel to the production, which affects the acting as well. It just doesn’t feel as good as it could be, had the actors been given room to find a more genuine place to start from. Marian Rivera turns in a pretty decent performace. Iza Calzado is still one of the finest actors on our shores, though her character has most definitely gotten in the way of her performance. Dingdong Dantes makes a pretty good leading man, even if he tends to fall back on the same three tricks to get his point across.
Honestly, I came into the theater ready to love One True Love. I was intrigued by the premise, and Iza Calzado is just about my favorite actress. But this film just betrayed me at every turn, with glaring technical deficiencies and absolutely baffling scripting choices. It’s frustrating, because it feels like the pieces were all there, but the filmmakers just didn’t care enough to put them all together, instead choosing to just take the most convenient path to a completed movie. That never produces anything good.

CAST: Joseph Bitangcol, Hermie Conception, Emilio Garcia, Wilson Go, Mike Magat, Marco Morales, Polo Ravales
Walang Kawala reveals the secret relationship of a fisherman name Joaquin (Polo Ravales) and a student named waldo (Joseph Bitangcol). When Joaquin's wife Cynthia (Althea Vega) returns from Dubai and gets pregnant, Waldo feels betrayed and runs away to the city. Joaquin searches for waldo in the process, the two become unwitting victims of a human trafficking ring headed by a corrupt cop named Rufo (Emilio Garcia).

The sweet smell of sequel success. It is very difficult to pull off a sequel that stays true to the previous film yet has enough originality to hold its own. We can all think of films that have flopped due to trying to bank off the popularity of the cast or story while having nothing to offer in the way of creativity or originality. DreamWorks decided to take the risk with Madagascar 2 and are cocky enough that they already have Madagascar 3 scheduled for 2011. But they have nothing to worry about. What works for Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is a template that all sequel films should try and follow whenever possible. It isn’t a tough standard and almost seems like a no brainer. Take what worked in the first one and increase those elements while being careful not to simply rehash. Also, keep the story simple and moveable. Especially in an animated comedy.
In this installment we find our four, four legged friends trying to return to New York. When they end up in Africa instead, they discover a whole new world and learn a lot about themselves and each other. Alex (Ben Stiller-v) finds he has an entire family he never knew existed while Marty (Chris Rock-v) comes to terms with what true originality looks like. All the while Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith-v) hunts for a man and Melman (David Schwimmer-v) tries to man-up to his true feelings. There is a lot said in this film about acceptance and being who you are. Not conforming to societies or individuals interpretation of what you should and shouldn’t be. Alex’s dad (Bernie Mac-v) is the alpha lion of the tribe and as happy as he is with his sons return, he still wants him to be the King of the jungle. And he has a preconceived idea of how that should look. When they join forces to overcome a revenge seeking lion (Alec Baldwin-v) they have to rely on each others strengths.
But all of that would only have made for a mediocre film that would fall far short of its predecessor. Where the films creators succeeded was in realizing the comedy and scene stealing the penguins did in the original and allowing them more screen time here. The funniest and I mean laugh out loud funny moments in this film come from these black and white flightless birds. They are as sharp and quick and ruthless as before and take this picture from a midgrade kid film to adult worthy animation. Another smart move was having King Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen) return but only enough to keep him hilarious without saturation. He is good in the small parts he has and this makes him funny without becoming obnoxious. Again, he has the most quotable lines and comes close to stealing the film. This was due to the leash they decided to keep him on.
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is rated PG for some mild crude humor. It is perfect for kids of all ages and has more than enough to keep the adults tuned in. I was literally laughing at some points until my sides hurt. Also, intended or not, it does show that being different is not always a bad thing. That fitting a mold is good in context but never if it stifles creativity and uniqueness. I think we all need a lesson in tolerance and in looking at our friends and family through eyes of love and acceptance. As Bill Cosby used to always say, “if you aren’t careful, you might learn something before it’s done”. I give this animated journey 4 out of 5 flight plans. Now let’s all go have fun before we come to our senses. Source

REVIEW
Back before digital downloads became all the rage, music lovers had to go to record stores to buy CDs of their favourite artists and bands. Before the CD, there were audio tapes, eight-track tapes and older still, vinyl records.
In every record, there are usually two or three really good tracks that get repeated listens, another two or three that are halfway decent and the rest are what is known as filler. The numbers could vary for some albums depending on the listener, but in the end, there’s always that one song in the album that makes you scratch your head and skip to the next song.
Which brings me to the latest James Bond movie "Quantum of Solace" starring craggy Daniel Craig. My expectations for this movie were high especially after the masterful "Casino Royale" in Craig’s first outing as Bond showed us a superspy who was equal parts finesse and ferocity. One thing going for this movie is that it directly references the events of Casino Royale, making it the first true Bond sequel in the franchise’s history.
Quantum of Solace is a mixed bag, equal parts thriller and filler that pops and crackles but never quite engages in the same way that Casino did. It plants seeds for the next great Bond film without actually being that film because of hackneyed plotting, boring characters and lack of a decent threat for the world’s foremost spy.
The film starts promisingly enough, though. Bond (Craig) beats some bad guys in a car chase to bring the enigmatic Mr. White (whom we last saw at the end of Casino) to Italy for a protracted interrogation scene. "The first thing you should know is that we have people everywhere," smirks Mr. White before M’s (Judi Dench) bodyguard shoots at the other agents, including M.
Bond pursues M’s bodyguard in a rooftop parkour sequence that’s ripped straight from the Bourne Ultimatum but is much better than the overtly long chase at the beginning of "Casino Royale." To its credit, the betrayal does show how high the stakes are and builds on the relationship between Bond and M.
"Impress me," intones M and the movie does, at least in the first few reels. Using information gathered by MI6, Bond zips to Port Au Prince, Haiti to follow a lead on the White case and ends up literally killing that lead in brutal hand-to-hand combat. Thirty minutes in, we’re already getting quite a body count. "Slate was a dead end," Bond deadpans and for once, we forget to smirk because this Bond seems to enjoy his license to kill a bit too much.
We are then introduced to Camille Montes (Olga Kurylenko), the obligatory Bond girl who is seducing the movie’s main bad guy Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric) in order to kill would-be dictator General Medrano. It seems that White’s and Greene’s supersecret organization appropriately called Quantum is in bed with the Bolivian general to topple his government in exchange for a piece of desert property.
Camille’s plan to kill Medrano is foiled by Bond, which leads to a brutal speedboat chase that’s as bone-crunching as the car chase at the start of the film. One thing to say about this Bond – he sure treats his vehicles like blunt instruments. He also doesn’t care about doing a little B&E and even once steals an idle vehicle.
The scene then moves to Austria where the stakes go even higher as the CIA joins forces with Greene and places a hit on Bond. At this point, we are reminded again why we love Bond movies so much because of what it offers -- exotic locales, amorphous world threats and adrenaline-pumping action. When Bond kills a henchman of one of the Quantum members, he earns the ire of MI6 and has to go solo as he tries to stop Greene’s plan to corner the water services market in Bolivia. Yup, this Bond baddie is less a megalomaniac and more a ruthless businessman who likes to play Monopoly for real.
It is here though that the movie starts losing steam. Part of the problem is that the action scenes in the latter half of the movie feel rushed and fail to excite as much as the first three sequences in the movie. We get short bursts of action such as Bond jumping off a plane without a parachute and his stealthy escape sequence from military commandos but not much payoff.
Even a daring elevator escape a la Die Hard 3 is done too quickly, as if the director forgot that the best action sequences are when the camera lingers long enough for the aftermath before moving on to the next locale.
The bad guy’s motivations also leave something to be desired. Greene wants to get the whole MWSS franchise in Bolivia? Not very thrilling, sorry. For some reason, Casino’s poker games seem more menacing than Quantum’s plan of eco-terrorism simply because we can imagine all sorts of terrible things a bad guy could do with $120 million.
Finally, the Bond girl’s subplot to kill the Bolivian general felt unnecessary to the story. True, Camille’s motivation for revenge echoes Bond’s inconsolable rage over Vesper’s betrayal in "Casino." We also know that the evil general will get his comeuppance at the end of the film but must it be done in such an unimaginative manner? When Bond does put a coda to his own revenge plot, we are past the point of caring because we already forgot that he was pursuing that lead in the first place.
So what we have here is a Bond movie that's only half decent but not very memorable, like those odd numbered Star Trek films. Let’s hope that the next movie will fare better. Source

STORY
At the presscon of their soon-to-be released movie "My Only U," Vhong Navarro and Toni Gonzaga admitted that they nearly fell in love in the past and they didn’t do it just for show.
"We became too close for comfort, sabihin na natin," said Vhong. "Yes, that was even before we started work on our first movie together, ‘D’ Anothers.’
"Kasi si Vhong ang una kong naging kaibigan when I first joined ABS-CBN," said Toni. "At sabihin na nating napaka loveable din naman niya."
But surprisingly, even with the big box office success of "D’ Anothers," Star Cinema didn’t pair them right away in another movie. Vhong instead was given his own solo movies such as "Supapalicious," where he had Valerie Concepcion for his leading lady. Toni, for her part, was teamed with other leading men. She, in fact, did two movies with Sam Milby, "You Are the One" and "You’ve Got Me" (which also starred Zanjoe Marudo).
Both Vhong and Toni admit they are happy working together in "My Only U." Star Cinema insiders said that this is different from the movies Vhong and Toni did before.
"Iba ang ginawang approach nila Vhong and Toni sa funny moments nila sa ‘My Only U.’ At tiyak maiiyak ka sa kanilang drama scenes," they said.
"My Only U," directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, is about the friendship of Bong (Vhong) and Winona (Toni). Bong falls in love with Winona who only has a few moths to live.
"We all gave ‘My Only U’ our own unique touch," said Direk Cathy. "And that, I believe is the greatest asset of the movie." source here

Movie hunk DIEGO (Paolo Contis) is in hot water after beating up a pesky entertainment reporter, MELITON (Ogie Diaz), for exposing his shady past. This doesn’t stop him from setting his lascivious sights on an easy target on the set of the movie he is shooting—a naïve-looking extra named ANGELA (Alessandra de Rossi).
Diego’s best friend PONS (Jon Avila), a studly advertising executive, is on his way to a hot date with VICKY (Valerie Concepcion), an adventurous chick he met in Boracay. But an emergency marathon meeting in the office throws him for a loop, delaying his rendezvous with Vicky, who unknown to him is the girlfriend of Congressman Facundo’s chief of staff, BARNEY (Jason Gainza).
Jasmine’s friend VIVIAN (Diana Zubiri) was Pons’ date last night. She’s a romantic at heart, but Jasmine convinces her of the virtues of being sexually aggressive. So she regrets that she played hard to get with Pons and wants to make amends. Thanks to the error of Pons’ harassed secretary, she ends up going to the same motel at the appointed time as his date with Vicky!
EDWARD (Chokoleit), the gay hairdresser of Congressman Facundo’s wife, has also been playing the role of benefactor—to NESTOR (Joross Gamboa), a financially challenged man he befriended on an Internet chatroom. Like the Congressman, Edward has decided that tonight is the night he should reap the sexual rewards of his financial investment.
GEORGE (Manilyn Reynes), a bull dyke, is the talent coordinator on the set of Diego’s movie. She threatens to commit suicide when her supposed girlfriend ELVIE (Jennylyn Mercado), a makeup artist and a cousin of Vicky’s, breaks up with her. Elvie is determined to live a normal lifestyle, but she accepts George’s invitation to go to a motel to talk her out of her suicidal state.
In a motel called Lovers’ Hideaway, chaos and confusion ensue as these characters figure in all sorts of hilarious hi-jinks…for one night only.

Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire got out of a rabbit hole, only to be ensnared by a spider's web.
Lindsay-Abaire, who won a Pulitzer in 2007 for his drama "Rabbit Hole," is in final negotiations to write "Spider-Man 4" for Columbia.
Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire are back as director and star, respectively. Kirsten Dunst also is expected to return for the latest movie featuring the Marvel Comics character.
Plot details are under lock and key. Producer Laura Ziskin had said she would like to aim for a May 2011 release for "Spider-Man 4," nine years after the original movie's debut.
Columbia always has gone off the beaten path during the development process when hiring writers for the "Spider-Man" movies. Alvin Sargent, a veteran scribe best known for 1973's "Paper Moon" and 1980's "Ordinary People," served as a writer on the second and third films. Michael Chabon, another Pulitzer winner, also worked on "Spider-Man 2."
James Vanderbilt previously wrote a draft of "Spider-Man 4."
Lindsay-Abaire's "Rabbit Hole," which starred Cynthia Nixon and Tyne Daly, hit the Broadway stage in 2006 and won four Tonys, including best play. The writer also is known for the play "Fuddy Meers."
Lindsay-Abaire has said in interviews that his plays tend to be "peopled with outsiders in search of clarity," which would put his work on sympathetic terms with Peter Parker, who in his classic incarnation is the perpetual outsider.
The choice of scribe also signals that that filmmakers are intent to focus on character, something that critics said got lost in the third installment.
Lindsay-Abaire, now writing the book and lyrics for the Broadway musical adaptation of "Shrek," has dipped his toe in Tinseltown before, with his adaptation of "Inkheart" due in January. He is also adapting "Rabbit" for 20th Century Fox and Nicole Kidman.

I posted Who's Watching RoxXxane? last October 07, 2007 inviting my bloggers at iba pa para manood nito sa UP Film Institute.
Huh?! Tamang 6:30pm ay nasa UP na ako. The problem na lang ay ang UP Film institute na pupuntahan. Hayy...

Sad to say ay wala akong dalang camera that time.
ABOUT THE MOVIE:
I thought, RoxXxane is just another sex movie.
Actually, this movie tackles also Identity Crisis and being paranoid of it. Haha!
Well done Sir!"
This is the real truth!

Napanood ko ang pelikulang ito with a classmate last 2nd Semester 2006.
The lead character is Mateo (Harry Laurel), a young man from Bicol who goes to Lobo, Batangas to look for his long lost father who turns out to be an OFW in Dubai. He stays in Lobo and works as caretaker of its lighthouse (which is a character in itself in the movie). He has a steamy affair with a horny schoolteacher, Suzette (Jennifer Lee), who he says was the one who wooed him.
A stranger from the city, Jerome (Justin de Leon), takes a vacation in their place and Mateo acts as a tour guide for him. Jerome is gay and seduces Mateo, who proves to be a willing victim. Jerome soon returns to the city. Mateo’s dad arrives from abroad and ignores him. Rejected, he follows Jerome to Manila and lives in his pad. But when Jerome forces Mateo to do oral sex on him, Mateo refuses saying “Hindi ako bakla.” Jerome insists he is one, he just won’t accept it. They break up and Mateo returns to Lobo where he meets Tisyo (Crispin Pineda), an old man whose story is actually the framework of Mateo’s own story, which is just told in flashbacks.
You may or may not agree about the film’s premise on homosexuality, but there’s no doubt that Altarejos (who co-wrote the story with Lex Bonife) has come up with an engaging story about forbidden love and the choices one makes. Justin de Leon understands the challenges of his role well and comes up with a touching, heartfelt performance.
Jennifer Lee is also engaging as the teacher who can’t understand why her lover left her. Harry Laurel suits the role of Mateo physically, but emotionally, he is so much of a neophyte that he fails to be convincing. To begin with, the role is really so demanding that a more seasoned actor should have been cast in it. Technical credits are better than average, particularly the musical score and the production design.
Despite the "B" rating from the Film Development Council's Cinema Evaluation Board (which entitled the film to 65-percent rebate on its amusement taxes), "Ang Lalake sa Parola" was a commercial success at the exclusive IndieSine of the Robinsons Galleria Mall. The digital film, starring Harry Chua and Justin de Leon, also got mixed reviews from film critics, after surpassing the initial "X" rating from the MTRCB. The DVD version of the movie will be out soon, and, with fingers crossed, it will be in its uncut version.
Hehe... Have you ate?

Caregiver is about the story of Sarah, a grade school teacher who decides to give up teaching for a more financially-rewarding career as a caregiver in London. As she takes care of other people, who will take care of Sarah herself?
Caregiver was shot mostly in London with cast members John Estrada, Rica Peralejo, Jhong Hilario, and Makisig Morales. The Megastar plays a grade school teacher who decides to give up her career in the Philippines to become a caregiver in a European country with her husband (played by John). Other stars of this movie include Boots Anson Roa, Mickey Ferriols, Lotlot de Leon, and John Manalo (who plays Sharon's son).

This is one of my favorite lines in this Caregiver movie of Star Cinema
Mr. William Morgan (Saul Reichlin) : Sometimes when you least expected, someone will come into your life and make you feel less lonely. Thank you!
I like the cast and the story itself of caregiver. I just love this movie for the reason that nandito si Sharon at Star Cinema ang may gawa nito.

In a race against time and imminent death, the girls seek out the spirit's identity and its burial place, hoping to release the spirit from the Ouija board and survive its fatal hauntings.

Kulam also stars Dennis Trillo, TJ Trinidad, Mart Escudero, Kris Bernal, and Sharlene San Pedro.
Trust Mother Lily Monteverde’s instincts. She is celebrating Regal’s 48th anniversary in film production and distribution via a horror film Mag-Ingat Ka Sa… Kulam starring her prized stars Judy Ann Santos (who had her significant starrers in Regal) and Dennis Trillo (the only top male exclusive Regal actor at present).
“My journey towards film production has been very colorful. The 48 years of Regal has taught me valuable lessons as such as acceptance [of the ever-changing situation], belief and trust [in people and well-meaning friends especially the audience and the press] and love [in everything that I do],” said Mother Lily.
This year, Regal’s journey has been marked with films in various genre—but with the two lead actors closest to Mother Lily’s heart, she has decided to make Judy Ann and Dennis’ horror film Mag-Ingat Ka Sa… Kulam as her anniversary presentation.
“There is a lot to learn in the movie. Mag-Ingat Ka Sa… Kulam will not only give you a really good scare but at the same time—an understanding on how the phenomenon of kulam works and what we should do in case we become victims of it,” relates Mother Lily.
“With this film which features my favorite young actors like Juday and Dennis,” said Mother Lily, “I’m rejuvenated with my association with the young people who serve as the hope of our industry.”
After her 48 years in filmmaking, what is Mother Lily and Regal Films up to? “ More films, more quality and box-office hit films that would make this industry alive and active once again.

Actually, I have no idea about this film HUGOT at talagang nagulat pa ako sa itinext ng friend ko na ililibre raw niya ako sa panonood nito. Sa Cinema 8 of Robinsons Movieworld - Galleria kami nanood.
jaeWALK : maybe stop making "indie films" and just make hardcore porn.
mervdmer : After MORENO...and DAY BREAK........all i can say is...Fool me one shame on youFool me twice shame on meWatching this crappy movie says it all...Third time is a charm.
CS
ferdiemac : -anong istorya nyan?

I saw the trailer of this movie so many times and I am so much delighted with the trailer. As in, trailer pa lang, mukhang worth it na talagang panoorin. This time kasi ay tumitingin na muna ako sa mga trailer ng movie bago ako manood para hindi ako magsisi sa huli.

I was with Sebastian kahapon watching this movie at Robinsons Galleria, Cinema 9.
Story : Two thumbs up! Hehe!
Location : Actually, mukhang pinag-isipan talaga when it comesto location.
Huh!?
Sex scenes : Very passionate! Very sexy... All I can say is... MapapaKambyo ka talaga! (Like it?)
