Last Night on SNN, Mr. Boy Abunda is proud to announce that the 2nd movie offering of Star Cinema and Viva Films this 2011 titled Catch Me, I’m In Love starring the first on-screen movie team-up of Gerald Anderson and Sarah Geronimo has earned P15 million (no padding) and counting on it's first day yesterday!
This is according to Star Cinema’s Booking and Distribution Department.
With its first day gross of P15 million nationwide, Catch Me, I’m In Love is on track to equal or surpass the first week gross of their respective starred box office films before like Paano Na Kaya and the top-grossing films’ A Very Special Love and You Changed My Life which hailed to Sarah and John Lloyd as the Box Office King and Queen for two consecutive years.
Star Cinema and Viva Films was optimistic that the romantic-comedy film will hit more on the box sales in the next days especially on the upcoming weekend. With this warm support of the Pinoy movie-goers on the 1st day screening of the film, Catch Me, I’m In Love has a huge possibility to reach the P100 Million mark!
Catch Me...I'm in Love has been graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board.
Congratulations to Sarah Geronimo, Gerald Anderson, Director Mae Cruz and to the other cast and staff of the film.
