SYNOPSIS
In “Super Inday,” Marian plays a barrio lass who goes to Manila to look for her long-lost mother (Cherry Pie Picache). Inevitably, she encounters a duck who lays the golden eggs that give her super powers.
John Lapus plays a fallen angel who is sent back to earth to do good deeds in the form of a duck.
Hunk actor Jake Cuenca and comedienne Pokwang lend able support to Marian as they also get to play super-heroes in the movie. Completing the cast are Mylene Dizon, Jairus Aquino, Sheena Halili and “Panday Kids” Buboy Villar and Sabrina Man.
Directed by Mike Tuviera, “Super Inday” is part of the 50th anniversary offering of Regal this year. The big-budget fantasy-comedy is replete with special effects out to delight every viewer.
“This is an entertaining film that the whole family will enjoy,” informed Roselle. “The project was really meant for Marian. She was the only choice to do the role.”
“Super Inday” opens in theaters nationwide on December 25.

Star Cinema Booking and Distribution reported via Showbiz News Ngayon last night that “Here Comes the Bride” earned P12 million on its opening day.
The P12 million estimate for the film was gathered at around 9:00 p.m. last night so the final tally could become higher.
“Here Comes the Bride” is a co-production of Star Cinema, OctoArts and Quantum Films, and helmed by the Cinemalaya-winning writer/director Chris Martinez (100). The comedy movie has been graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board.
The main cast of the movie namely John “Sweet” Lapus, Jaime Fabregas, Angelica Panganiban, Eugene Domingo, Tuesday Vargas and Tom Rodriguez were all present at the premiere night which was held at SM Megamall cinema 10 last Tuesday night.
Here Comes the Bride is a comedy that involves souls being switched when a total solar eclipse occurs. The souls of the main characters—portrayed by Angelica, Eugene, John “Sweet” Lapus, Jaime Fabregas, and Tuesday Vargas—get jumbled up and are trapped until they figure out a way to return to their respective bodies.
